from your bank? Do you want to lodge a complaint against your bank? We are here to help. Any bank customer who
has a complaint against his or her bank may approach the Ombudsman for Banking Services for assistance. The
service is free. Here are the steps to follow:
The first step: Contact your bank and give them
a chance to resolve the issue. At the outset remember to ask your bank for a complaint reference number.
The second step: If you are dissatisfied with
the outcome, contact the OBS and our dedicated help-desk personnel will advise you on what to do next.
