Darren has 24 years banking and management experience at Nedbank in various departments and divisions including Retail Banking, Group Internal Audit, Group Compliance and Group Risk, in addition to fulfilling the role of FSCA approved FAIS Compliance Officer for Nedbank Limited. Darren is currently the Executive Head for Group Conduct and Reputational Risk where he is accountable to develop a world-class Conduct (and Culture) and Reputational Risk Management function and play a leadership role across the enterprise to ensure effective implementation, maintenance, oversight, assurance of and reporting on market leading best practice in market conduct and reputational risk management, for the benefit of all Nedbank Group stakeholders. Darren holds various management qualifications from WITS business school, Gordon Institute of Business Science and Duke University, he also holds a BCOM in Accounting and Auditing and Post Graduate Diploma in Compliance.
